- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance – Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance – Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows – No refund or credit will be issued.
- Cancellations by the Captain due to weather or unforeseen circumstances – Guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
